09-20, 14:35–16:35 (Europe/Berlin), Workshop Room
We'll look at PCBs and driving KiCad from a visual design perspective, and understand how to prepare graphics for KiCad to use, and how to work with them. We will then make some pretty layouts. I'll bring cat pictures. You can bring other cute things.
In this workshop, I'll show you how to think of the medium of a PCB for visual design, how to work with graphics so that KiCad is happy with them, and how to handle imported graphics inside a PCB design. Please install KiCad (v8 ideally), Inkscape, and Krita on your computer in advance.
