DESCRIPTION:This talk will cover my journey on adopting KiCAD\, not only fo
 r myself\, but for my team\, my students\, and my friends. It will cover t
 he decision making process\, the technical details (rebuilding my library 
 collection and adapting to KiCAD's UI logic)\, and things that I had to bu
 t gladly learned (such writing primitive scripts to implement certain feat
 ures).\n\nOn the other hand\, the talk covers my workflow for designing so
 mething based on FOSS or at least free of charge tools\, from theoretical 
 feasibility analysis and simulation using Python\, floor planning using Li
 breOffice\, simulation using LTSpice\, schematic and PCB CAD works using K
 iCAD\, and finally parasitic extraction using Python and FastHenry.\n\nThi
 s talk may take 30 mins or 60 mins\, depending on time slot availability. 
 With interactive demonstration\, I can stretch it to 60. With slides only\
 , I can squeeze it to 30. I will be bringing my own computer especially if
  an interactive demonstration is preferred\, so an HDMI port is appreciate
 d.
